Hi, I’m Amber – a Registered BAS Agent, Certified Bookkeeper, and Digital Business Consultant with over two decades of experience in admin, finance, and business operations. I’ve worked across corporate, government, and non-profit sectors, helping clients stay organised, compliant, and confident in their business systems.
What started as a career in bookkeeping has grown into a passion for supporting women to build strong, streamlined service-based businesses. From business planning and document control to minute-taking, payroll, and project support – I bring a practical, down-to-earth approach to everything I do.
I’m a QuickBooks Online Partner and hold certifications in Business Administration and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Whether I’m assisting with financial operations or guiding someone through setting up their digital services, I love finding smart, efficient ways to make business easier.
When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll find me mentoring fellow virtual assistants, building templates, or teaching others how to confidently market their services online. I believe in helping women realise their strengths, gain clarity, and step into the CEO role of their own business.

Basic Bookkeeping
Bookkeeping service provided by Amber would include recording, storing, analyzing, and interpreting financial information of a business. The service would also include reconciling bank statements, preparing financial statements and preparing reports.
Payroll
Amber's payroll management service offers a comprehensive solution for businesses of any size. Our comprehensive service includes the setup of payroll accounts, the preparation of payrolls, the tracking of employee hours and salaries, and the filing of all necessary payroll taxes. Our team of experienced professionals ensures accurate and timely processing of payrolls.
Website Design
On top of my bookkeeping and administrative services I’m a bit of a web design geek. I’ve developed site across Wordpress, Wix and Shopify. So if you’re in the market for a customised site reach out. Amber is a Registered BAS Agent and Certified Bookkeeper with over 20 years of experience in administrative and financial services.
She began her career in the finance sector as a Bookkeeper and has steadily built a reputable business supporting clients across a range of industries. With experience spanning corporate, government, and non-profit organisations, Amber offers a strong blend of business support, project coordination, financial services, and administrative expertise.
Amber’s skill set includes the creation of business process manuals, compliance documentation (including constitutions), and strategic corporate documents such as business and operational plans. Her broad knowledge of business administration covers minute-taking, payroll, client support, document control, and end-to-end project support.
A QuickBooks Online Partner, Amber is also certified in, Training and Assessment, Business Administration, and Bookkeeping. She also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, further supporting her ability to deliver structured guidance, training, and mentorship to clients and teams.

We can set up your annual budget within QuickBooks online.
A BAS agent like myself, can prepare and reconcile your books ready for EOFY. We don’t offer tax returns. We do however, recommend and use eTax online, a reputable Australian tax agent service.
We are not financial advisors. We do however, recommend EasyLoans a reputable financial services firm. We also encourage you to download the ATO App for sole traders. If you wish to track your personal finances or your rental property income we recommend QuickBooks ledger. Reach out if this is something your interested in as we offer discounted software subscriptions.
Depending on the type of service that you require my rates start at $55.00 AUD per hour. For example my BAS agent services attract a higher rate of $110.00 AUD per hour typically, making your BAS lodgement around $440.00 AUD. Whereas my web design is packaged into a quote based on project. If say you’re after basic document formatting then this attracts a lower fee.
